Season 13 Residents | Art as Process
What does making look like before it becomes made?
Art As Process invites you into the studios — and the minds — of Twenty Summers 2026 Residents. The installation walls you see here are personal constellations: photographs, illustrations, notes, ephemera, and source material. These walls were assembled by playwright and multidisciplinary artist Najee Brown, textile and installation artist Liz Collins, sculptor Damien Hoar de Galvan, and photographer and image-maker Kathy Ryan during their time in Provincetown.
These walls resist the tidiness of finished work. They are living records of curiosity, association, and discovery — the accumulated residue of a residency spent in the Barn and at Stanley. Pinned, layered, and unresolved, they ask you to witness art not as object, but as ongoing act.
